Virtual office hours, meetings, remote screen control, all freebies, with budget cuts, who knows what the next thing to go will be. We have free access to Adobe Connect and WebEx, at least for now.

I haven't tried Teamviewer, but will do and let you know. Free remote access and it is suggested to work with Skype as a great tool.
Adobe Connect has a new free beta tool called Adobe ConnectNow for trial.
